Refund & Returns Policy
We provide 5 days of hassle-free returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product doesn’t pass our quality check, we will ship it back to you.
A complete monetary refund will be initiated within 3-4 business days if the product is received damaged by the customer. We will ask you to share images of the same within 24 hours of receiving the product, failing which the product will not be eligible for return.
Refund of an undamaged product i.e. low customer satisfaction will be in the form of store credit after we’ve received the product and done a quality check.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Delivery fees of the return pickup i.e Rs. 150 will be deducted from store credit.
Customised orders cannot be returned.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless found damaged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at heyartyouinterested@gmail.com.
Shipping Policy
All our prices are inclusive of shipping, yay!
Dispatching orders takes 2-5 business days and 7-10 days to deliver.
The above timelines are not applicable for custom orders, you will be informed accordingly.
